Assurance Policy

You can rest assured. We’re so confident in our system design and installation that we know it will continue to perform at a very high-level for many years to come. PURE Energies takes care of any service on your solar panels for the first five years they are on your roof. This includes covering any replacements for parts or any labour that must be done. Solar panels typically last up to 30 years or longer, and have no moving parts, so once systems are installed, they require little ongoing maintenance. You receive a warrantee on your panels for 25 years and on your inverter for 10 years.

System Performance Guarantee

You have the option to choose PURE Energies’ System Performance Guarantee for as long as you want. PURE Energies will be actively monitoring your system and we will know as soon as your panels stop generating power. Your system’s performance will be better since we will know immediately if repair is required and cover any maintenance and labour that needs to be done. Additionally, an important piece of your solar system that will need replacement is the inverter. The replacement can cost upwards to five thousand dollars, and under the System Performance Guarantee, PURE will replace your inverter at no cost to you.
